We work with airlines, air charterers, freight forwarders, air travel agents and their respective insurers and reinsurers to provide advice in the following areas:

  • Review and adaptation of air charters and operational general terms and conditions;
  • Commercial disputes arising between air charterers and disputes regarding coverage and economic losses;
  • Personal injury claims, damage to cargo, aircraft, airport infrastructures and loss of profits;
  • Catastrophic casualty management
  • E-commerce

We acted in the highly political and mediatic catastrophic causality of the air crash of the Yakolev 42 (2003) in Turkey resulted in the death of 62 Spanish soldiers in which we defended the air broker against a class action pursued by more than 300 claimants as heirs and families of the deceased soldiers.

We are internationally ranked in 2017 and 2018 by The Legal 500 as one of the top law firms in aviation.
