Rogers & Co Abogados and the online newspaper Cadena de Suministro have reached a collaboration agreement for the periodic publication of articles of legal interests in the field of transport. The articles can be consulted on the webpage of the said publication.

Cadena de Suministro is one of the main online media of the transport and logistics sector in Spain. Besides offering up-to-date and real-time information on its website, Cadena de Suministro published specialized monographs, as well as three free daily bulletins from Monday to Friday on Logistics, Road Transport and Maritime. It also organizes discussion tables and meetings with professionals of the sector.

Once again we have attended the Big Tent Event in London organized each year by TRAVLAW for the Tourism Sector. 

On this occasion, our partners Marie Rogers and David Diez Ramos attended the event to mark the steady growth of this area of law within the firm.

The leading specialized national journal “Expansión Jurídico” has interviewed ROGERS & CO ABOGADOS our partner Luis Alberto García Villar for their article on “The legal challenge created by the digitalization of the logistic sector”. 

The article considers the current problems encountered in the use of electronic transport documents (“E-Transport Documents”) as well as the measures that are being adopted at an international level on the use of such formats. Luis reviews the implication of the “E-Transport Documents” making a comparative analysis with paper documents and the legal regime.
