Expansion Juridico Publication – “Millions of €uros in insurance to protect travelling works of art”

Our partner Luis Alberto Garcia has been interviewed by the journal “Expansion” for their article “Millions of €uros in insurance to protect travelling works of art”.

The article explores how these temporary art exhibitions can go ahead in the major national museums thanks to the concession of State guarantees and the contracting of private fine art insurances that insure the recovery of the financial value of the art in the event of any incident.

In the article, Luis looks at not only the legal regime applicable to the guarantees offered by the State, but also the most common terms incorporated into private fine art insurance, and lacking at this time, of any specific legal regulation in Spain.

Expansión Jurídico Publication

Our  partner David Diez Ramos has been interviewed by the prestigious Spanish legal publication Expansión Juridico on the worrying rise in false claims for personal injury by British tourists, as a direct result of English lawyers camping out at Spanish hotels and actively encouraging litigation against the Spanish hotels in the UK.
